Eastman Leather Clothing

A Vanguard / case study

Eastman Leather were in the process of expanding their business and had just acquired a new premises when we were appointed to carry out the works. The project brief, involved the installation of a new mezzanine floor to an existing warehouse. This was then to provide both greater storage space and new production area.

Following completion of the mezzanine floor installation, the ground floor was enclosed with new double-skin steel partitioning complete with single and double door sets, to form the new production area.

The mezzanine floor was fully fire-rated creating a new ceiling to the production area and new lighting and power was fitted throughout.

The first floor had balustrade fitted to all open edges and was accessed by two new staircases and an up-and-over pallet gate, creating the large storage area.
