ATS had decided to relocate to a new office development and so, to facilitate this, works were required to fit out two floors within an existing office development containing several offices over five floors. The works were carried out to floors one and two, whilst the other areas were occupied.

The existing areas had been previously prepared with new ceilings, lighting AC and ventilation already installed. All these services we redesigned and reinstalled as required to suit the configuration of the new open plan office and the new offices and / areas created within it.

The fit-out had new stud partitioning and black framed office glazing installed to provide several new offices, meeting rooms, administration rooms and a new comms room. All these, along with the open plan areas, had the existing lighting, ventilation and AC services reconfigured to suit the new layout. Where required new AC installations were installed into the new offices not covered by the existing installation.

Each floor had brand-new kitchen and break out areas installed with new kitchen units, wall units, worktops, including integrated dishwashers and fridges along with “Zip” taps to each area. One of these areas had bespoke designed entrance features installed whilst both areas had new plumbing, electrical and ventilation services installed. Both floors also had new locker rooms installed.

All new services were connected into an existing service riser and where required were taken up to the roof. These works required careful coordination with the existing tenants within the building to ensure their working environment wasn’t disturbed whilst these works were being carried out. All new certified fire stopping was installed on completion of these works.

New electrical power and data services were installed in all the new rooms and the open plan office. These were installed both into the new stud walls and through the raised access flooring into new floor boxes. The meeting rooms and the open plan office area had new TV’s supplied and installed with power, data and HDMI services installed. A new comms room was formed with a new stud wall and double access doors, and a new strengthened raised access floor installed to take the additional weight of the IT equipment. A completely new data cabling system was installing feeding all the new data points to both floors.

New carpet tiling was installed to the new open plan offices, along with the newly formed offices and meeting rooms. The open plan carpet tiling was installed to a detailed setting out plan to create feature seating areas. The new kitchen, breakout areas and the comms room had new vinyl flooring installed. All new and existing walls and joinery were prepared and new decorations were installed to all areas along with feature wall vinyl’s. All the external windows had new blinds installed.

Externally, a new electrical service was installed to provide power to the new EV charging station which we installed in the existing carpark adjacent to the building.
