Bar & dining refurbishment in grade 2 listed building
In just 6 weeks this project delivered a successful refurbishment of a grade 2 listed building to create a contemporary dining and wine bar while incorporating the history of the building. After initially being commissioned to install 2 mezzanine floors, Vanguard were then chosen to deliver a full office fit-out for 2 new commercial units. A variety of office partioning – from frameless glass to sound-proofed areas – and the project included fire protection, air conditioning, a hot water system and more.

Vanguard incorporated retail mezzanine floors within Cotswold Stores in several stores. These were complemented by steel balustrade systems and oak top rail detail to be in-keeping with the Cotswold image and feature staircases.
