This £2 million project provided specially designed custom-built training areas, a viewing gallery, admin offices, assessment and relaxation areas to create the UK’s finest plumber training facility. Completed to very high standards, this flagship facility provides an inspirational and safe training environment.
Split-level mezzanine floor
Designed to incorporate access for larger deliveries, this project required the design and installation of an unusual split-level mezzanine floor. A feature stainless steel balcony and contoured suspended ceiling maximised available headroom.
Mezzanine Floors & Full office fit-out
After initially being commissioned to install 2 mezzanine floors, Vanguard were then chosen to deliver a full office fit-out for 2 new commercial units. A variety of office partioning – from frameless glass to sound-proofed areas – and the project included fire protection, air conditioning, a hot water system and more.
Turnkey office and showroom fit-out
This complete turnkey interior fit-out of office/ showroom space incorporated everything from electrics and plumbing to blockwork and glass partitioning. A real feature was a bespoke staircase/ balustrade to maximise the space/ light/ impact of the building’s open atriums.
