Turnkey installation for leading hairdressing group

A family owned business established in 1971, Reflections are one of the largest hairdressing groups in the UK with 18 salons located throughout the South West and Midlands.

They have been finalists in the British Hairdressing Awards for 5 consecutive years and have won the prestigious Wella Trend Vision UK Award 2005. Reflections through its Academy Programme is committed to promote training at every level.

Due to Reflections growing number of Learners and Employees, a new build 4,725 sq. ft. unit was secured adjacent to the prestigious Mailbox development on the edge of the City Centre. This building was chosen to inspire and enhance the learners experience with excellent state of the art facilities.

Vanguard Contracts were appointed to create an additional 4,300 sq. ft. of space to provide a dedicated Salon, Training Rooms and Administration Offices, utilising a bespoke Mezzanine Floor specially designed to accommodate the developments restricted overall headroom.

Vanguard Contracts undertook the complete “Turnkey” installation including Mezzanine Floor, Fire Protection, Partitions and Linings together with full Air Conditioning and Electrical package which included a mains supply upgrade.

The contemporary interior design contributes to achieving a professional, clean, bright and spacious environment to facilitate the training of its stylists whilst reflecting this prestigious salons company image.
