Designed by the in house team of consultants and installed by qualified professionals, the mezzanine adhered to all manufacturer recommendations, performance specifications and health and safety legislations and was installed within budget and given timescale.
Twintec is a specialist concrete flooring contractor in the field of steel fibre reinforced concrete as applied to industrial flooring.
Vanguard Contracts Limited assumed responsibility to optimise their warehouse storage space and create additional storage space by installing a Vanguard Mezzanine Floor. In order to store relevant equipment on the mezzanine floor Vanguard installed a Garden Pallet Gate satisfying HSE requirements.
For the project to conform to Building Regulations the staircase leading up to the Mezzanine Floor had to be designed to incorporate the existing means of escape and the existing Fire Alarm had to be extended.
In addition to these works Vanguard Contracts Limited installed Full lighting & Emergency lighting to the underside of the mezzanine and the first floor lighting altered.
